Thanks to a 13,000 mm water column, the outer material will keep you dry at your destination. During production, the fabrics are carefully treated with a water-based coating on both sides. However, under very heavy water exposure, moisture can penetrate through seams and zippers, which is why we refer to these products as water-repellent rather than waterproof.
